Register your Highland part-bred foal. Part-breds have one parent that is a registered Highland Pony and one parent of a different breed. Registration includes passport production and a part-bred registration certificate.

What is a Part-Bred Highland?

A part-bred Highland is a foal with one parent that is a registered Highland Pony and one parent that is a different breed. The Highland parent must have a valid HPS registration number.

Microchip

The 15-digit microchip number from the barcode label

Veterinary Verification

The microchip must be inserted by a veterinary surgeon who will verify the foal's identity. The microchip barcode label should be affixed above the breeder/inspector signature on the paper form if also submitting physical documentation.
