Service Certificate
Stallion owners issue service certificates to mare owners as proof that a breeding service took place. This certificate is required when registering a foal if the breeder does not own the stallion.
Free Service
Issuing a service certificate is completely free. This is a record-keeping service to help mare owners register their foals.
